Senior Product Engineer (Overlap with US Pacific Time)

Company Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, high-quality product features end-to-end. This role focuses on product development rather than integration-heavy backend work.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will take ownership of both frontend and backend development, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale modern web applications.

You are expected to be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features (frontend + backend)
• Build scalable backend services and APIs (Node.js / Python or similar)
• Develop responsive and performant frontend applications (React / Next.js or similar)
• Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale applications
• Own features end-to-end: from planning → development → deployment → iteration
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues

Requirements

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience with: Frontend: 9React / Next.js / Vue) and Backend (Node.js / Python / similar)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience building and shipping production-grade applications
• Strong problem-solving and system thinking skills
• Good English communication skills (able to work directly with international teams)
• Availability for 4–6 hours overlap with US Pacific Time

Nice-to-have

• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in startup or product-driven environments
• Background in finance, healthcare, or data-intensive systems
• Experience with scalable systems, event-driven architecture, or microservices
• Familiarity with modern tools (GraphQL, Terraform, etc.)

Working Model

• Fully remote
• Work directly with the client’s engineering team
• Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and daily collaboration
