About Us
We are a fast-growing American lifestyle membership club operating across multiple major US cities. Our mobile app is the central hub of the member experience, allowing members to discover and RSVP to curated events, access local benefits, connect with other members, explore communities, and manage their membership.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and highly analytical Senior Product Lead to take ownership of our mobile app experience.
Reporting directly to the founders, you will continually evaluate how the app can become more intuitive, engaging, personalized, and valuable to members. - Engagement & Retention: Develop and test features designed to increase repeat usage, community participation, event discovery, member interaction, and retention.
- Personalization & AI: Identify ways AI, member data, recommendations, and automation can create a more personalized and valuable member experience.
- Product Development: Translate business objectives and product ideas into clear requirements, wireframes, user stories, priorities, and development plans.
- Analytics & Experimentation: Analyze funnels, behavior, feature adoption. Develop and evaluate product experiments based on the results.
- UX/UI: Work closely with design and engineering to maintain a polished, intuitive, premium mobile experience.
- Quality Assurance: Personally review and test releases to identify visual, copy, usability, and functional problems before they reach members.
- Competitive Research: Continually study leading mobile apps, emerging product patterns, and new technologies for ideas that can improve Parlor.
