As a Product Manager, you will lead the entire game development process, from concept to release and beyond. You’ll conduct competitor research, prioritize the roadmap, design wireframes, write product documentation, run tests, and much more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of game development, from concept to release and ongoing improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with market trends, sharing insights with the team.
• Lead research strategies and develop innovative, data-driven game features.
• Design wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows; prepare product documentation for new features.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to prioritize tasks, manage the product roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of game features and updates.
• Analyze user behaviors to improve engagement and retention.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct A/B testing to enhance retention, engagement, and monetization after launch.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years experience as a Product manager in Gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of free2play economics and mobile gaming trends.
• Proven ability to develop and execute plans for short-term growth and long-term player retention.
• Creative and analytical thinker with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
