Senior Product Manager - Paylogic Platform Amsterdam or Groningen | Full-time At EVENTIM , we build the technology behind some of Europe’s biggest live events and festivals. Millions of fans rely on our Paylogic platform every year, from joining high-demand queues to buying tickets for their favourite artists. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex product initiatives. For us, finding the right person is more important than choosing one fixed location. You can be based in either our Amsterdam or Groningen office and will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operational IT and business teams across both locations. Paylogic is part of EVENTIM, Europe’s largest ticketing and live entertainment company and the world’s number two ticketing provider. Our clients range from Tomorrowland and André Rieu to Comic Con and Zoute Grand Prix. Your impact In this role, you’ll take ownership of larger product initiatives that involve multiple teams, stakeholders and parts of the Paylogic platform. You’ll turn complex challenges into clear priorities and practical product direction. By bringing the right people together, asking the right questions and keeping decisions moving, you’ll help initiatives progress from discovery through to rollout and optimisation. You’ll also help strengthen the wider Product team. Rather than coaching from the sidelines, you’ll work closely with other Product Managers, review requirements, challenge priorities and share feedback throughout projects. What you’ll do Lead complex product initiatives from discovery to rollout Bring structure to scope, priorities, roadmaps and stakeholder alignment Translate customer, business and technical needs into clear product direction Work closely with Engineering and Operational IT to explore solutions Keep cross-functional initiatives moving and resolve blockers Review requirements, scope and priorities with other Product Managers Support other Product Managers through collaboration and feedback Improve the quality and operational effectiveness of the Product team Measure results after rollout and use insights to improve In a typical week, you might interview stakeholders, explore a product challenge with Engineering, align priorities between teams, review another Product Manager’s requirements and prepare the next steps for an upcoming rollout. What you bring At least 5 years of Product Management experience within SaaS, software, e-commerce or another digital product environment A completed bachelor’s degree Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A solid understanding of product discovery, requirements, roadmap planning, prioritisation, testing, rollout and optimisation The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership Fluent English communication skills You’ll probably enjoy this role if you like balancing product thinking with practical execution get energy from bringing structure to complex challenges enjoy working closely with engineers and business stakeholders are comfortable challenging ideas and making trade-offs want to make a visible impact in the live entertainment industry enjoy seeing your ideas come to life like helping colleagues improve through collaboration prefer ownership, openness and impact over hierarchy Our Product culture Our Product team is fast-paced, collaborative and open.
