Senior Product Manager

This is a full-time role offering remote working, with the expectation of attending our Stratford-upon-Avon office approximately once per quarter. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 3 (Product Owners and a Business Analyst) Create and drive product vision, roadmap, and goals and translate into product features and planned work Scope the product solution and define user journey, user stories, and process flows Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap to drive targeted business outcomes in alignment with corporate strategies Ensure Delivery through participation and/or lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings Manage and prioritize the product backlog and oversee the development stages Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development Collaborate closely with global business development teams and other stakeholders and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product Own relationships with key customers; understand the industry and product-related landscapes, be the voice of the customer and feedback user inputs Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 6+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex products Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams & a passion for developing and guiding others Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Focus on the customer; celebrates the success of others in the business Highly organised and self-motivated Ability to multi-task and prioritize Effective working in a team environment and independently Bachelor, Master or MBA in technology or business Background in Circular Economy, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Reporting or similar fields (desirable) Job Benefits Hybrid working available, happy to talk flexible working Up to 10% bonus Enhanced holiday scheme (option to buy/sell up to 10 days) and long service awards Critical illness, Life assurance & disability income protection Option to join private medical insurance, subsidised gym membership, and bike to work scheme Contributory pension scheme Wellbeing initiatives and support including Wellbeing App access MyPerks discounts platform
