In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas: Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for a key product vertical within Savant's evolving technology ecosystem Partner closely with engineering, business stakeholders, advisors, operations teams, and executive leadership to transform strategic goals into scalable solutions Help shape the future of WiseOS through platform development, workflow optimization, and user-centered product design Lead product discovery efforts, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify opportunities to improve advisor and client experiences Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and product enhancements Drive product execution throughout the development lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, testing, release management, and adoption efforts Collaborate across multiple product areas to ensure an integrated and seamless technology experience Support platform integrations and API-driven solutions across financial planning, CRM, portfolio management, reporting, and other core WealthTech systems Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve operational efficiency and create differentiated user experiences Influence product strategy while balancing user needs, business priorities, technical considerations, and regulatory requirements A couple things to note about our Senior Product Manager position: Location: Must be within drivable distance to one of our Savant offices and reside within a state where we have a Savant office. Work Model: Fully remote with periodic travel (typically once every 1-2 months) for Product team collaboration, planning sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions. Most travel is planned well in advance and provides valuable opportunities to connect with colleagues and stakeholders across the firm. Typical Working Hours: Primarily aligned with Eastern or Central Time Zone business hours This is a highly autonomous role that requires a self-starter mentality and the ability to independently own priorities, stakeholder relationships, and roadmap execution You'll be joining the Product organization during an exciting period of growth, helping establish product practices, processes, and platform capabilities that will influence Savant's future You'll work alongside business leaders, engineers, and advisors to help build technology solutions that directly impact both client and advisor experiences This role offers significant visibility and influence across the organization with opportunities to grow as the Product team expands Qualifications The Senior Product Manager position typically requires the following qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related product leadership experience Prior experience working within an RIA, broker-dealer, WealthTech provider, or financial services technology organization Experience owning a product roadmap and driving initiatives with minimal oversight Background within Wealth Management, Investment Management, Financial Services, FinTech, WealthTech, or a related industry Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions Experience partnering closely with software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requests, navigate ambiguity, and make thoughtful product decisions Experience gathering requirements, defining user stories, and supporting product delivery from concept through launch Preferred Qualifications Experience with advisor technology ecosystems, including CRM, portfolio management, financial planning, reporting, and client-facing platforms Platform integration experience involving APIs, data exchange, and connected systems Experience supporting enterprise platform modernization efforts Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflows, or product-development practices Experience building new products or platforms rather than exclusively enhancing mature products Familiarity with solutions such as Salesforce, Tamarac, Orion, Envestnet, Addepar, eMoney, or similar WealthTech platforms What Sets Savant Apart Collaborative, integrated model across advisory, tax, planning, and technology teams where ideas and expertise are shared, not siloed Opportunity to help shape the next generation of advisor and client technology at a rapidly growing national firm Growth-oriented culture offering meaningful opportunities for professional development, increased responsibility, and long-term impact Values-driven organization grounded in excellence, integrity, lifelong learning, respect, growth, and servant leadership Majority employee-owned firm where team members share in our long-term success People-first culture that encourages curiosity, innovation, accountability, and collaboration An environment where talented professionals are empowered to challenge ideas, contribute strategically, and help build what comes next Our Total Rewards At Savant, we invest in our people, supporting both their well-being and long-term growth. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $195,000 annually. Actual compensation is determined on an individual basis and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance.
