About Curium

Curium builds AI-native software across risk, compliance and claims.

Most compliance and claims platforms today are a record of what has already happened. We are building something better: a system that understands our customers, does work for them, and instead of recording what went wrong, prevents it from happening in the first place.

We are here for the hard problems. We make big, visionary bets and build impactful solutions so that risk, compliance and claims officers can work in a completely different way, and deliver outcomes far beyond what they are currently set up to achieve.

We are a lean, product-led, globally distributed team with a predominantly remote approach. We spend time with customers, prototype ourselves, and measure success by the outcomes we unlock, not by the features we ship. Relentless focus, fast execution, and a love for the craft.

The role

Senior Product Manager

If you want a lot of ownership while staying close to the action day to day, and you get energy from inventing solutions that change what “good” looks like, this might be a great fit.

You will lead 0→1 product bets end-to-end: find the real problem with customers, choose a path that unlocks outcomes the usual playbook can’t, prototype with modern AI tools, and ship with a small engineering team.

The domain is messy: insurance workflows full of edge cases, handoffs, and regulated reality. You turn that chaos into clear product bets without waiting for a perfect brief.

It is a fast, high-agency seat. You bring clarity wherever you go. You take radical ownership, and stay calm when priorities collide. Visionary enough to see the system; hands-on enough to make the next leap feel great.

You spend time in the customer’s world as often as in ours. You help set direction, make sharp trade-offs, and hold your own with the people building and buying the product.

What you’ll do

  • Own product outcomes end-to-end, from messy discovery to something that clearly beats the status quo
  • Do up-front discovery with conviction (customers, partners, data) and help engineers deeply understand the problem so they can make great product decisions
  • Invent and ship with modern AI-native tooling: you build to learn, not only write tickets; you obsess over what great feels like
  • Apply systems thinking across complex work: see the whole landscape, then choose the path that actually moves the needle
  • Partner tightly with engineering as an IC with high ownership in a lean team
  • Keep extreme speed and clarity when many priorities compete: outcomes first, noise second
  • Hold both the near-term win and the longer-term vision that shifts how the industry works
  • Have real input into our near- and far-term product strategy and roadmap

Why work with us

  • Latest tech and all the AI tools
  • A globally distributed team of amazing people who care
  • Tough, interesting problems with real room to invent
  • Real impact at a small early-stage scale-up with big ambitions
  • Bring your best ideas, challenge the status quo, and expect to be heard

About you

Must-haves

  • 4–5+ years in product, including real 0→1 ownership (not only iterating a mature roadmap)
  • You’ll already have the right to work in Singapore. We’re not sponsoring for this hire
  • A track record of solving tough problems with solutions that feel unique, and outcomes that clearly outpace “good enough” market norms
  • AI-native in how you work: prototypes, tools, or things you personally shipped; curious and hands-on with modern AI workflows, not only managing them
  • Comfortable driving product without much guidance: high agency, radical ownership, you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • A systems thinker who can hold a big vision and still land the next shippable leap
  • Product and customer-obsessed: you crave real user contact and notice when the experience stops feeling right
  • Shameless curiosity, extreme speed and clarity, and the judgment to bring clarity from chaos
  • Strategy that goes beyond a roadmap list: a future state, a sequence of bets, leading indicators, and a few things you would happily not build
  • Strong written and spoken English

Strongly preferred (not disqualifying)

  • Experience owning or leading product on an AI-native product
  • B2B SaaS experience (strongly preferred); adjacent product backgrounds welcome if the ownership and customer bar is clearly met
  • Insurance or adjacent regulated services domain depth
  • Forward-deployed / customer-embedded product work

What this isn’t

  • Not a people-manager seat
  • Not a pure backlog / ticket-sorting role, and not a seat that needs daily direction from a Head of Product
  • Not a place to recite process frameworks; we care how you actually think and ship
  • Not open to visa sponsorship for this hire: right to work in Singapore is required

You’ll probably love this role if you want ambiguous, hard problems, ownership, room to invent, and outcomes that matter, and you’re happy being judged on those outcomes, not output.

You probably won’t if you want a quiet, well-scoped backlog in a large PM org, or if you need a detailed roadmap handed to you before you can move.

How we hire

Three conversations. No take-home.

We care about how you actually work and think: hard problems you’ve owned, the unusual path you took, how you got there and the outcomes that made it worth it. We’ll walk you through stages and anything on team setup during the process.

Curium is an equal opportunity employer. We hire for judgment, ownership and craft.

Please note: we are not working with external recruiters on this role.
