  • Contribute to product pricing and positioning strategies
Requirements
  • Experience as a Product Manager on products built for Software Engineers, Data Professionals or ML Engineers
  • Alternatively, in place of formal product management experience, we would consider relevant product design and engineering experience paired with product management credentials (such as online courses or certifications)
  • Working proficiency with modern AI tooling, including agentic coding, MCP servers and AI platform building
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, with a demonstrated record of managing every phase of a successful product across its lifecycle
  • Effective at collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first organization
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both customers and colleagues
  • Also worth highlighting if you have it:
  • Prior experience as a software developer
  • Background in the data protection or data governance domain
About You
  • Genuine passion for the data privacy & governance domain is what drives you — as does building trusting relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Doing things together is how you prefer to work, and you're comfortable using influence to get there.
  • Whether writing or speaking, you share knowledge and ideas in a way that brings people along with you.
  • Details are caught, time is managed, and release deadlines are met — organisation isn't left to chance.
  • Growth excites you, for your team as much as yourself, and change or uncertainty is met with curiosity rather than resistance.
  • Mentoring team members counts for a lot — and so does being coachable yourself.
  • Through networking, questioning and research, you keep digging for a deeper understanding, persevering even when relationships need care.
  • Keen business acumen means you can approach a problem from several angles and turn the information in front of you into effective decisions and recommendations.
  • Commitments are honoured, and when a deadline has to move, you're the one raising it first.
