23 Broadway finances user acquisition for operators with measurable acquisition economics, advancing capital against expected cohort cash generation rather than equity or company-level debt, with more than $130M deployed into user acquisition to date.
Our platform, Atlas, turns acquisition and first-party customer data into an earlier view of lifetime value, payback, and cohort quality. Acquisition Coverage is its agentic layer. Built on large language models, it reviews campaign performance continuously and issues ranked, substantiated recommendations, giving performance marketers dedicated analytical attention on every campaign.
You will take it from working prototype to a product performance marketers rely on daily. The recommendations have to be right, the reasoning has to be legible, and a marketer accountable for real spend has to be able to disagree with the system in a way that makes it better.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and roadmap, including what does not get built.
- Define what good looks like: how recommendation quality is measured, how the agent is evaluated before it reaches a marketer, and what evidence would tell us the product is working.
- Own the feedback loop from marketer decisions back into the system.
- Own adoption, from early users through to teams that rely on the product day to day.
We don’t expect every box to be checked, but you’ll likely thrive here if:
- Have 4+ years in product management, including ownership of a product from an early, undefined stage through to adoption.
- Have exceptional product sense, and can define success criteria before anyone hands you a target.
- It’s a plus if you’ve shipped data, machine learning, or AI products and can discuss model behavior, evaluation, and failure modes fluently with the people building them.
- Embrace uncertainty as part of the job and are able to create clarity and structure.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary above market rates, with annual revisions.
- A flexible work environment, including a one-day-per-week remote work policy.
- Premium health care coverage.
- MultiSport Card.
- Food vouchers.
- 25 days of paid leave to recharge and grow.
- Unique opportunities for career growth and skill development within a supportive and collaborative team.
