Senior Product Manager

Breet is a crypto payment platform that makes crypto spendable for individuals and businesses across Africa.

We're looking for a Product Manager who can connect the dots between customer needs, business goals, and great product experiences. If you enjoy solving problems, turning ideas into products, and working with different teams to make things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Product Manager at Breet, you'll help shape our product strategy, guide product development, and work with different teams to build products that solve real problems for our customers.

You'll:

a) Understand customer needs and market trends.

b) Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

c) Oversee product development lifecycle.

d) Develop and refine the product's overall strategy.

e) Gather and document product requirements.

f) Work with cross-functional teams for product development.

g) Oversee product testing and coordinate product launches.

h) Gather and incorporate user feedback for improvements.

i) Create product guides and internal documentation.

j) Conducting post-launch analysis to evaluate the product’s success, gather user feedback, and plan for future iterations or updates.

k) Perform other duties relating to the job role as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.

We're looking for someone who understands that great products don't happen by chance. You should be curious about what customers need, comfortable making decisions, and able to bring people together to turn ideas into meaningful product improvements.

You should have:

• Experience in product management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and the product lifecycle.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document product requirements.
• Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Good communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving.

• Experience working in fintech, payments, or the crypto industry.
• Familiarity with product management tools and project management platforms.
• Experience using customer feedback and product data to guide decisions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development workflows.
• Experience coordinating product launches and measuring product performance.
