About Kindsight:
Kindsight builds technology that helps fundraisers make a difference. For decades, Kindsight has supported the education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors with fundraising tools and the largest charitable giving database on the market. And as the giving sector evolves, so does Kindsight. As the leader in fundraising intelligence, Kindsight leverages real-time data and AI to help thousands of organizations around the world identify, manage, and engage with donors - at any scale. With purpose-built CRMs that corral all of that donor information and campaign tracking into one place, donor prospect research tools that offer proactive insights and real-time donor intel, and generative AI that creates personalized, meaningful content drafts at scale, Kindsight’s product suite is truly changing the game for donor fundraising.
Position Summary:
As Senior Product Manager for Fundraising Intelligence, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for how Data and AI are driving a new user experience for front line fundraisers. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering solutions that further the capabilities of our CRMs, including collaborating with the iWave team on how donor intelligence and fundraising data is ingested into the CRM and delivering AI-powered features that help nonprofits fundraise smarter and work more efficiently. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery. This role requires a senior-level product leader who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and driving execution in a lean, collaborative environment.

Define product requirements, write high-quality user stories, and partner closely with Design and Engineering to deliver solutions on time and at high quality.
Make thoughtful scope and priority tradeoffs to maximize customer and business value.
Drive Customer-Led Product Decisions
Engage deeply with our nonprofit customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
Serve as the product authority on the workflows and needs of frontline fundraisers by translating customer needs into validated product opportunities through research, discovery, and continuous feedback loops.
Own and Evolve the Product Roadmap
Develop, maintain, and continuously refine a product roadmap that aligns with the broader team and company objectives, customer outcomes, and market trends.
Champion a data-informed approach to investment decisions, aligning roadmap features with revenue, retention, and profitability targets.
Clearly communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders and senior leaders across the organization.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution
Develop clear and actionable product specifications, collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to ensure alignment.
Partner with Engineering to create robust technical plans, improve development velocity, and resolve execution challenges.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Marketing to align product development with customer and business objectives, ensuring strong go-to-market alignment.
Measure Outcomes and Drive Continuous Improvement
Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to measure adoption, customer value, and business impact.
Use data and customer insight to iterate, optimize performance, and inform future investments.
Provide clear, consistent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
