Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Own a product domain end to end at an AI-powered education technology company, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration. You will partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build products that help educators deliver personalized learning and improve student outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Define product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps for a complex product area.

• Lead discovery and take new product areas from early concepts through launch.

• Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features at a steady pace.

• Use customer and strategic partner feedback to shape product direction.

• Make informed tradeoffs across AI and machine learning, data pipelines, frontend experiences, backend systems, and workflow automation.

• Monitor product performance and continuously improve shipped experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Five to eight years of product management experience, including experience with AI/ML or complex products spanning multiple surfaces.

• A track record of taking a zero-to-one product area from discovery through launch.

• Experience building or shipping AI/ML features, such as LLM-powered, copilot, or agentic products.

• Strong technical fluency and the ability to discuss architecture and engineering tradeoffs; a computer science background or technical degree is valued.

• Direct customer-facing experience with large or strategic partners, and experience using their input to influence a roadmap.

• Experience collaborating closely with design on visually rich products, plus exposure to fast-paced product environments and increasing ownership.

• A mission-driven approach and interest in improving educational outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is $180,000 to $210,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, United States.
