Senior Product Manager, AI

About the Role

Own the development of AI workflows for a consumer social commerce platform, from product discovery through launch and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer-focused teams to deliver useful AI-powered experiences and measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product development for AI capabilities, including discovery, prioritization, launch, and ongoing improvement.

• Partner with engineers, designers, and customer-focused teams to design and ship generative prompting workflows and improve AI models.

• Define and monitor success metrics such as accuracy, conversion, and automation impact, using data to guide product decisions.

• Identify opportunities in AI-powered social engagement, personalization, and consumer interactions, then shape product strategy around them.

• Prototype, ship, and iterate quickly while taking ownership of substantial product initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience, including 3 or more years focused on AI products or machine learning-enabled products.

• A track record of designing, implementing, and launching AI features for consumer or social products.

• Experience with generative AI technologies, prompting workflows, model optimization, and rapid prototyping.

• Strong analytical skills, CS fundamentals, and the ability to translate customer and business needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.

• Experience with data science concepts and communicating data-driven insights.

• Background in social commerce, consumer platforms, shopping, social engagement, or influencer ecosystems.

• Experience shipping 0-to-1 products in a startup environment, with clear career progression.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $170,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid role based in Palo Alto, California, with in-office work four days per week.
