SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AI

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI & Platform for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in LATAM. Our client is the leading labor marketplace for IT field service, connecting companies and skilled technicians to do great work. They match contract IT and other freelancers with corporate clients through an online marketplace of 100,000 service providers. Businesses can grow their service offerings by building and deploying a flexible field services workforce in geographies across the U.S. and Canada, and technicians can find work that fits their schedule and skill set. The client’s mobile app provides real-time work order tracking, the ability to negotiate counteroffers, access to payment history, signature capture, and document uploading. They enable companies to find, hire, and pay contractors anywhere and efficiently manage their workforce. Founded in 2008, the company is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This role is ideal for a product leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments, thinks critically about complex problems, and can turn high-level strategy into clear priorities and actionable execution plans.

The ideal candidate combines strategic product thinking, strong execution skills, a technical understanding of AI, and excellent cross-functional communication. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, business, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, prioritize initiatives, and drive products from strategy through delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including experience at the Senior or Principal Product Manager level.
• Demonstrated experience taking products or major product initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience working with AI/ML products, AI-powered features, generative AI, LLMs, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into concrete priorities and execution plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong ownership mentality and the ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
• Experience prioritizing competing requirements and making thoughtful product trade-offs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience building B2B SaaS, marketplace, workforce management, field-service, or operational platforms.
• Experience with platforms involving complex workflows, transactions, scheduling, dispatch, marketplaces, or large-scale data.
• Experience with AI/LLM products and an understanding of how AI can be incorporated into existing software products.
• Experience using product analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions.
• Experience working with distributed or geographically dispersed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product strategy into clear product priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Work effectively in ambiguous environments where requirements, priorities, and solutions may not be clearly defined.
• Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving to complex product and business challenges.
• Identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can improve products, customer experiences, workflows, or operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define and deliver product solutions.
• Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation as needed.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints when making product decisions.
• Use data, customer insights, experimentation, and market research to inform product decisions.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities, particularly around AI/ML-enabled capabilities.
• Help establish and communicate measurable outcomes and success criteria for product initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment even without a direct reporting relationship.
