About us

Gogolook is a leading TrustTech company founded in 2012 and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2025 under the stock code 6902. With "Build for Trust" as its core value, the company has expanded its business from Asia to Europe and America. Gogolook’s AI technology is built on the world's largest database of digital scam data, encompassing phone numbers, websites, virtual currency wallet addresses, and other factors.

The company provides diverse anti-scam and fintech services for both consumers and businesses. Its anti-scam offerings include the digital anti-scam app "Whoscall" and a range of enterprise scam prevention solutions in combination with "ScamAdviser."

The Fintech BU empowers consumers through data-driven financial services and inclusive lending: Roo.Cash(袋鼠金融)offers transparent matchmaking for financial products like credit cards, while JUJI(招財麻吉)provides an innovative microloan service for rapid, convenient funding during urgent financial needs.

A foundation member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), Gogolook has also teamed up with a number of institutes such as the Taiwan National Police Agency Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea, Thai Royal Police, the Fukuoka city and Shibuya City government, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, and the Royal Malaysia Police and state government to fight scam, dedicated to creating a "scam-free environment."

Why you should join Gogolook

  1. Influential products: What we make are meaningful products that create values for society and defend against frauds.
  2. Emphasize self-growth: We encourage technical community activities, subsidize tickets for conferences and workshops so that learning is continuously supported by the company.
  3. Unleash your talent: We respect the professional opinions of everyone, encourage team members to discuss with each other, and make awesome products together.
  4. Transparent culture: We publicly share the company's information to all, every member can read and feedback, and become a part of participating in the proposal.

About the Role
The Gogolook Innovation Team is our MVP and innovation team. Its mission is to explore promising opportunities, turn Gogolook's anti-scam and trust capabilities into tangible product concepts, and deliver validated proofs of concept that can become the company's next products or growth engines.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to serve as the Innovation Team's Product Owner. You will lead 0 to 1 product discovery and validation: identifying meaningful problems, shaping opportunities, aligning a small cross-functional squad, shipping fast experiments, and gathering enough user and market evidence to recommend whether we should invest, iterate, pivot, or stop.
This is not a conventional feature-delivery role with a predefined roadmap. You will often begin with an emerging technology, an internal capability, a customer signal, or an unresolved user problem. Your job is to connect the dots, define the product thesis, create momentum, and move the strongest ideas from concept to validated product direction.
Recent initiatives have explored areas such as AI-agent safety, trust intelligence, scam-content detection, and new ways to bring Gogolook's anti-scam capabilities to global users and partners. The specific portfolio will continue to evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Opportunity discovery: Continuously identify high-potential problems and market opportunities through user interviews, partner and business-team input, product data, technology trends, competitive research, and internal capability mapping.
  • Product thesis and prioritization: Frame ambiguous ideas into clear problem statements, target users, value propositions, hypotheses, success criteria, risks, and investment recommendations. Compare opportunities and make explicit trade-offs.
  • Rapid validation: Design the fastest credible path to test the riskiest assumptions, using prototypes, landing pages, concierge tests, technical spikes, or lightweight MVPs. Define what evidence is sufficient to proceed, pivot, or stop.
  • 0 to 1 product ownership: Own the product direction, scope, backlog, and delivery cadence for selected initiatives. Write clear product requirements and keep the team focused on learning and outcomes rather than output alone.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Lead a compact squad across engineering, design, AI/data, and other functions without relying on formal authority. Create clarity, unblock decisions, and maintain a fast, sustainable working rhythm.
  • Capability productization: Work with platform and technology teams to translate APIs, models, datasets, and internal anti-scam capabilities into coherent user-facing or partner-facing products.
  • Market validation and go-to-market: Partner with business development, marketing, and regional teams to test positioning, pricing or partnership assumptions, prepare demos and launch materials, recruit design partners, and capture market feedback.
  • Technical and operational readiness: Coordinate dependencies such as API integration, reliability, analytics, privacy, security, legal review, and Responsible AI / data-governance requirements before external release.
  • Evidence-based decisions: Define metrics and instrumentation, analyze quantitative and qualitative signals, and communicate concise recommendations to product and business leaders.
  • Transition for scale: When an initiative is validated, prepare a clear handoff or incubation plan covering product scope, technical dependencies, operating model, risks, success metrics, and the next investment stage.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product design, or venture building, including meaningful ownership of 0 to 1 digital products, new ventures, innovation programs, or early-stage product discovery.
  • A track record of turning an ambiguous problem into a shipped experiment or MVP, learning from the market, and making a clear investment, pivot, or stop decision.
  • Strong product judgment: able to distinguish an interesting technology from a valuable product opportunity and identify the smallest test that can reduce uncertainty.
  • Strong execution skills across discovery, prioritization, product requirements, backlog management, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Able to align executives and cross-functional teams, surface disagreement early, and drive decisions without formal authority.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to work closely with engineers and AI/data teams on APIs, system constraints, integrations, and architecture trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, or product operations - and the judgment to verify their output.
  • Strong analytical ability. Comfortable defining metrics, interpreting product data, and using SQL, BI tools, or spreadsheets when needed to validate a decision.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to interview users, present ideas, and produce clear product documentation for international teams and partners.
  • Comfort with uncertainty, changing priorities, incomplete information, and the possibility that a well-run experiment may end with a decision not to build.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI-native, cybersecurity, anti-scam, trust-and-safety, risk-management, identity, or developer-platform products.
  • Familiarity with AI-agent ecosystems, LLM applications, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent workflows, prompt injection, or emerging AI-security risks.
  • Experience driving developer adoption through open-source projects, GitHub, developer communities, or marketplaces.
  • Experience productizing internal technology or data capabilities into B2C, B2B, API, SaaS, or platform products.
  • Experience launching or validating products in Europe or the United States, especially with developer audiences; experience in Asian markets is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup, venture studio, incubation team, or small autonomous product squad.
  • Familiarity with privacy, security, legal, or Responsible AI review processes for customer-facing products.
  • Ability to build or direct lightweight prototypes using no-code, low-code, AI-assisted development, or front-end prototyping tools.
  • The Person

  • You are a builder, not only a planner. You make ideas concrete quickly so users and stakeholders can react to something real.
  • You are curious but disciplined. You explore broadly, then narrow decisively around the strongest evidence.
  • You are comfortable being wrong early. You treat invalidated assumptions as useful learning and do not protect a solution simply because the team has invested in it.
  • You connect technology, users, and business. You can move between technical details, user needs, market positioning, and company strategy without losing the thread.
  • You create clarity in ambiguity. When ownership, scope, or direction is unclear, you propose a structure and move the conversation toward a decision.
  • You communicate with conviction and humility. You make a strong case, invite challenge, and disagree and commit once a direction is set.
  • What We Offer

  • Ownership of high-potential 0 to 1 initiatives at the intersection of AI, trust, and anti-scam technology.
  • Access to Gogolook's established anti-scam capabilities, data network, products, and international market presence - combined with the speed and autonomy of a small innovation squad.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leaders and specialists across product, engineering, AI, security, legal, business, marketing, and regional teams.
  • The opportunity to shape not only individual products, but also how Gogolook discovers, validates, and scales its next generation of innovation.
