Job Description
Overview:
Visa’s Stablecoin team is building cutting-edge on chain infrastructure to change the way money moves. While on chain solutions began as niche and speculative, they are now transforming how value moves across the global financial ecosystem.
Visa is at the forefront of this transition. We are rapidly expanding our stablecoin and tokenized money infrastructure to enhance our network and develop solutions for partners around the world. Visa brings trust, scale, and security to the evolving on chain ecosystem, creating the opportunity for generational impact in payments and beyond.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Client Integrations & Solutions to lead the technical solutioning and implementation experience for clients and partners adopting Open USD and related stablecoin capabilities. This role combines hands-on client integration leadership with product ownership for the documentation, tools, processes, and platform improvements required to make implementations repeatable, reliable, and scalable.
In this role, you will guide clients from early solution design through technical onboarding, testing, service activation, launch, and post-launch stabilization. You will help client teams understand product capabilities and integration requirements, troubleshoot complex implementation issues, and coordinate resolution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Client Services, and other subject matter experts. You will also own and continuously improve core implementation assets, including the product implementation guide, API documentation, service activation guide, integration checklists, troubleshooting content, sample flows, and other technical enablement materials.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Stablecoin team, you will work at the intersection of product, technology, operations, compliance, data, and client-facing teams. You will translate real-world client integration needs into clear product requirements and roadmap improvements while ensuring clients have the guidance and support needed to launch successfully.
This role requires a hands-on product leader who is technically credible with client and engineering teams, comfortable working through ambiguous integration challenges, and able to convert one-off implementation learning into scalable product capabilities and reusable guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical solutioning and implementation journey for clients and partners, from discovery and integration planning through development, testing, service activation, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
- Partner directly with client product, engineering, architecture, operations, risk, and compliance teams to understand their use cases, technical environments, dependencies, and readiness, and translate these into a clear implementation approach.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on APIs, authentication, data and message flows, environments, error handling, testing, operational processes, and production-readiness considerations.
- Act as a primary product-side escalation point for complex client integration issues; structure troubleshooting, coordinate root-cause analysis, engage the appropriate internal teams, and drive issues to clear resolution.
- Own and maintain key client enablement materials such as product implementation guide, service activation guide, and integration checklists.
- Translate product and engineering designs into accurate, usable implementation content for different audiences, from client developers and solution architects to operations and program teams.
- Participate in UAT process as the product lead to ensure delivered features meet the acceptance criteria.
- Gather structured feedback from implementations and identify recurring integration friction, documentation gaps, tooling needs, and product limitations; convert these insights into prioritized product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
- Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for capabilities that improve integrability and developer experience, including onboarding workflows, sandbox and testing capabilities, diagnostics, observability, configuration, and self-service tooling.
- Partner with Engineering and other product managers to assess implementation impacts of new capabilities, ensure integration readiness before release, and align documentation, testing, activation, and support plans.
- Establish implementation readiness criteria and governance, including dependency tracking, risk and issue management, launch checklists, go/no-go inputs, and clear handoffs into ongoing operational support.
- Develop technical training and enablement for client-facing teams and internal stakeholders so they can accurately position the product, support implementations, and identify when specialist engagement is required.
- Contribute to client solution workshops, product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and architecture reviews, clearly communicating trade-offs, constraints, requirements, and recommended approaches.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and recurring support themes and use data and client feedback to improve product quality, documentation effectiveness, implementation efficiency, and the overall developer experience.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready updates on implementation progress, client risks, product gaps, launch readiness, and opportunities to scale the integration model.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
