About the Opportunity
At Q-tech, we are partnering with a fast-growing international SaaS company operating in the Life Sciences sector.
Our client has built a market-leading platform used by thousands of pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations worldwide. Following a successful expansion from a single-product business into a broader supply chain risk and compliance ecosystem, they are now investing in the development of new product lines and strategic growth initiatives.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who excels in ambiguity, customer discovery, and zero-to-one product development, and who brings strong domain expertise within Life Sciences quality and compliance environments.
This is a highly strategic role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a unique opportunity to shape the future product portfolio of a scaling international technology company.
The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, validating, and launching new product opportunities within the Life Sciences domain.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Executive teams to explore new problem spaces, build evidence-based product strategies, and bring innovative solutions from concept to initial market adoption.
This position is ideal for a product leader who enjoys tackling complex challenges, engaging directly with customers, and making high-impact decisions based on data and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Define New Product Opportunities
Own and explore emerging areas within the Life Sciences value chain.
Identify high-value customer problems and translate them into product opportunities.
Build strategic hypotheses and product visions while remaining adaptable as new evidence emerges.
Make informed decisions about where to invest and where not to invest.
Lead Continuous Product Discovery
Conduct regular discovery activities with senior stakeholders and customers.
Validate customer needs, value propositions, and business opportunities.
Design and test hypotheses through interviews, prototypes, pilots, and experiments.
Make evidence-based product decisions with a strong focus on learning velocity.
Drive Zero-to-One Product Development
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to transform validated concepts into products.
Deliver iterative releases focused on learning and early adoption.
Optimize for customer value creation and product-market fit.
Support Commercial Validation and Go-to-Market Activities
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to validate positioning and target segments.
Assess willingness-to-pay and market demand early in the product lifecycle.
Use customer feedback and adoption signals to shape future investments.
Promote Data-Driven Decision Making
Establish clear success criteria and validation metrics.
Track qualitative and quantitative signals to evaluate product traction.
Maintain strong alignment between customer insights and product strategy.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
Extensive hands-on experience within Life Sciences quality environments, including GMP and/or GCP processes.
Proven track record taking products from concept to initial market traction in a B2B environment.
Around 10 years of Product Management experience, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams.
Experience building products in complex enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of data products, integrations, and platform ecosystems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in Quality Management, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, or Supply Chain within Life Sciences.
Previous exposure to highly regulated industries.
Experience bringing new products to market internationally.
Benefits
Competitive salary package
Flexible compensation plan including meal, transport and childcare vouchers.
25 vacation days, increasing to 27 days after 2 years and 30 days after 4 years.
Flexible working hours throughout the year.
Hybrid working model.
Work from abroad for up to 3 months per year.
Private health insurance.
Wellhub membership.
Annual learning and development budget.
Individual coaching and mentoring to support your professional growth and career progression.
Culture & Environment
International, collaborative and high-performing environment.
Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and influence strategic product decisions.
Annual company-wide gathering and celebration in Europe.
Compensation
€75,000 - €85,000 base salary (with an annual compensation review).
