ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to bring depth, experience, and a fresh perspective to our product team. You’ll closely work with Head of Product to make strategic decisions real, raise the bar across the team, and create space for senior-level thinking to scale. This is a role for someone who’s done the work before and wants to shape not just a product, but how the team approaches product. You’ll bring particular strength in subscription models and monetization, sharp analytical instincts, and a knack for looking at the competitive landscape from angles others miss. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy with a strong focus on subscription models, monetization, and diversifying how we think about them. Bring deep analytics expertise to the team — turning data into insight, and insight into shipped decisions. Study competitors from new and unconventional angles, challenging the way we currently look at the market and bringing in fresh thinking. Help bridge knowledge gaps across a growing team, mentoring junior PMs and accelerating how quickly they ramp up. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data to drive high-impact initiatives end-to-end. Set a high standard for product craft and decision-making that the wider team can learn from. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 4–5+ years of experience in product management. Strong, data-related analytical skills — you’re comfortable living in the numbers. Experience in the app or gaming sector. Depth in subscription models and monetization, with a point of view on how to do them well. NICE-TO-HAVE Creative talents, hobbies, or side projects that show how you think and build outside of work. Experience as a founder or founding Product Manager. Experience building AI-powered consumer products. Experience launching a new product from zero to one.
