Our colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich people’s lives with our solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet. That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.
Your Role:
Join us as Senior Strategic Product Manager and own the strategy and commercial execution for our Single Use Consumables Film Platform — the material foundation of the Mobius® single-use ecosystem. You will drive the commercial acceleration of today’s platform, including the rollout of Ultimus® Film, while leading the innovation agenda for next-generation film technology that will define our competitive position in biopharma manufacturing worldwide. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of science, strategy, and commercial execution.
As part of Single-Use and Integrated Platform Solutions team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial execution for our film platform technologies across the full breadth of single-use consumables applications.
- Own and develop the long-range film platform roadmap, covering portfolio evolution, market positioning, and Go-To-Market execution across all geographies and bioprocessing applications.
- Define requirements for next-generation film technology by synthesizing customer insights, market opportunities, and emerging manufacturing trends — acting as the primary business voice steering R&D investment.
- Accelerate Ultimus® Film adoption through conversion programs, expanded implementation across the Mobius® single-use assemblies portfolio, and identification of new application segments.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into business cases, financial analyses, and product launch plans that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial success.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams to deliver the film platform roadmap on time and to full product readiness.
- Build relationships with biopharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, and process engineers to gather voice-of-customer insights and validate strategy.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, engineering, materials science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or strategic marketing within the bioprocessing or single-use technologies industry.
- Demonstrated record of commercial success in managing and launching products from concept through commercialization.
- Strong understanding of single-use assemblies and film-based technologies and their role in biopharmaceutical manufacturing efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with a high degree of independence in a global matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) in a scientific, engineering, materials science, or business field.
- Technical knowledge of single-use film materials science, extractables/leachables profiles, and biocompatibility requirements.
- Experience using market data and financial modeling to shape strategy and translate vision into measurable business results.
- Ability to influence across a global matrix organization; willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
