About the role

We are hiring Senior Product Managers, working remotely from anywhere in the world, each owning one core area of our sportsbook: Sportsbook Trading, User Lifecycle and Operations, or Wallet and Payments.

In each area, you will build the systems that drive our revenue, from the underlying architecture through to the tools our trading, operations and finance teams use every day.

Working remotely does not mean working alone. You will work closely with Mandarin-speaking product and engineering teams, and with commercial stakeholders across time zones, so there is always someone to discuss ideas with, even while you own your area end to end.

The role will suit a product leader who has already built serious infrastructure in sports betting or iGaming. You should be as comfortable designing a ledger model as sitting with a trader to fix their workflow, and you should want real ownership of a system the whole platform depends on.

What you will do

Sportsbook Trading

• Lead the design or rebuild of our managed trading services platform, including integration with sports data providers such as Sportradar and Genius Sports
• Own odds models and margin strategy across sports and complex markets, including Asian Handicap, Over/Under and accumulators
• Build the trader backend, covering market configuration, automatic, semi-automatic and manual trading, fast price adjustments and one-click market suspension
• Design settlement logic, including re-settlement and void rules for disputed, abandoned or postponed events
• Build real-time exposure dashboards, betting limit strategies and automated alerts for suspicious betting behaviour

User Lifecycle and Operations

• Own the full player journey, from registration, identity verification and first deposit through to retention and reactivation
• Lead the bonus and promotions engine, covering free bets, risk-free bets, odds boosts, deposit bonuses and accumulator boosts
• Build player segmentation and automated outreach across push notifications, email, text message and in-app messaging
• Design a commercially sound VIP and loyalty programme, including gamification elements
• Work with the Risk team to prevent bonus abuse and arbitrage at the product architecture level

Wallet and Payments

• Design the core ledger and wallet architecture, including separate accounts for real money, bonus funds and locked funds
• Build high-concurrency settlement and reconciliation for in-play betting
• Own the multi-level agent commission model and the VIP benefits framework, based on genuine turnover
• Optimise the cashier experience and manage global payment channels across local currencies and cryptocurrencies
• Build intelligent payment routing, risk-based authentication and anti-money laundering controls

Across all three areas

• Write clear product requirement documents and system flows, with every edge case defined
• Partner with engineering, quality assurance, operations, finance, trading and risk teams to deliver complex projects on time
• Use data to drive every iteration, including conversion funnels, split testing and core commercial metrics

What you bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning platform, backend or growth systems. For the Trading role, we will consider 3+ years of experience if your sportsbook experience is deep.
• Hands-on experience in sports betting, iGaming or real money gaming
• A track record of building platform-level systems from scratch
• Strong system architecture thinking, and the ability to turn complex business rules into reusable, configurable products
• Strong data skills, using tools such as SQL, Tableau or Mixpanel
• Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment, and comfort with changing priorities
• A proven ability to work remotely and independently across multiple time zones, with distributed, international teams
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• Full working rights in Australia; this role does not offer sponsorship or relocation

What would set you apart

• Experience with cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal architecture, or with Southeast Asian or Latin American payment ecosystems
• Experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Optimove, Braze or Salesforce
• Experience building anti-fraud or big data platforms
• The ability to produce high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Strong knowledge of major football leagues, basketball or esports
• Additional languages
