Treble is building the acoustic intelligence platform for the next frontier of AI and audio technology. We bring together physics, AI, and simulation to give teams the synthetic data and development tools to design devices, develop algorithms, and train and evaluate AI systems at scale. From wearables and voice AI to physical AI, world models, and multimodal foundation models, our ambition is to shape how intelligent systems hear, understand, and interact with the world. Our customers include some of the world's leading companies in AI and consumer electronics, putting our technology at the heart of ambitious developments in audio and intelligent devices.

Founded in 2020, Treble is growing rapidly. With strong funding, deep scientific roots, and an exceptional international team, we are expanding our presence in the US and building technology with global reach. Joining now means helping shape both our platform and its adoption by teams working at the frontier of AI.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on Voice AI and Foundation Models to shape our offering and grow Treble's presence among teams developing voice, audio and multimodal AI systems.

About the role

You will bring deep experience from these domains to our Product team, helping us understand where data limits model development and where Treble can make the greatest difference. Working directly with customers and partners, you will identify valuable problems, validate commercial opportunities and turn them into clear priorities for our platform.

This is a broad role spanning product strategy, business development and ecosystem building. Your industry relationships will be central to establishing Treble with leading AI teams, opening senior-level conversations and developing customer and partner opportunities. Working closely with our commercial team, Product and R&D, you will turn these conversations into product priorities, collaborations and research that demonstrates customer value.

Your tasks include

  • Build a detailed understanding of customer workflows and data needs in voice AI, audio foundation models, world models, and multimodal systems
  • Identify and validate use cases where simulation and synthetic audio data can improve model training, evaluation or robustness
  • Define product requirements, priorities and a roadmap for this area in collaboration with the wider Product team and R&D
  • Use your network within senior research, engineering and product leaders at AI companies to open strategic conversations and turn them into customer opportunities and partnerships
  • Work actively with Sales, Applications and Marketing to advance customer opportunities and communicate the value of our offering
  • Build partnerships and strengthen Treble's position in the AI ecosystem through joint evaluations, integrations and other collaborations
  • Help R&D prioritise experiments and benchmarks that demonstrate value against meaningful customer metrics
  • Track adoption, customer value and commercial outcomes, and use the findings to refine the offering and priorities

What we are looking for

  • Substantial industry experience developing or bringing to market voice AI, speech and voice technology, voice agent platforms, audio foundation models or multimodal AI systems
  • Deep understanding of model development workflows, including training data, evaluation, data quality and real-world performance
  • Experience in product management, technical leadership or business development, with a track record of turning customer relationships into product adoption, commercial opportunities or partnerships
  • Ability to identify important customer problems, assess commercial potential and make practical product tradeoffs
  • An established network of trusted relationships with senior research, engineering or product leaders at frontier AI labs and leading voice AI companies. Relevant networks could include AI teams at OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, Mistral AI, Meta, Amazon, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Cartesia, AMI Labs, Physical Intelligence, or comparable organisations
  • Clear communication and the ability to work across research, engineering, product and commercial teams
  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and the ability to move between product, technical and commercial work with strong ownership and follow-through

Nice to have

  • Experience with synthetic audio data, acoustic simulation, spatial audio or audio device development
  • Experience with developer platforms, APIs, SDKs or data infrastructure
  • An MSc or PhD in machine learning, speech, audio signal processing or a related field
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships or establishing a technical product in a new market

If you know these domains well and enjoy connecting technology, customer needs and commercial opportunities, we would love to hear from you. Even if your experience does not perfectly match every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You may be a great fit for this or other roles at Treble.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation, including stock options and the opportunity to share in Treble's growth
  • Challenging work at the intersection of physics, simulation and AI, with direct impact on customers' products and commercial success
  • Collaboration with leading AI and consumer technology companies building next-generation devices and intelligent systems
  • A broad role shaping both Treble's offering and commercial growth in voice AI and foundation model development
  • A highly flexible, family-friendly work environment built on trust, ownership and autonomy
  • An ambitious, collaborative international team with deep expertise in acoustics, simulation and audio technology
  • Competitive benefits
