Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based bonuses

About HLTH

HLTH is one of the fastest growing brands of 2026, reaching the top 3% in growth of all stores in the shopify ecosystem and we’re just getting started (literally). At HLTH we believe understanding your health should be effortless. Our devices and app turn health monitoring into clear insights anyone can act on. We build for people who care about longevity, balance, and a healthier future — because healthcare shouldn't be reactive. It should be proactive, continuous, and deeply personal.

Before You Apply

HLTH is an intense environment: we’re demanding and ambitious, which means we ask a lot of ourselves and one another. This means fantastic learning, achievements, and career growth, but it also requires a significant commitment. We move fast, standards are high, and ownership is real. This is not a coast job. If you want to be challenged, stretched, and pushed harder than ever before, we invite you to apply.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product experience for our companion app end-to-end. This is a builder's role, not a strategist's, you'll do the down-and-dirty work of turning ideas into shippable products: including researching the market and competitors, scoping releases, writing the specs, and rapidly prototyping the flows that define what we build.

You'll own the pipeline from insight to prototype: dig into competitors and users, write scoped release PRDs, translate them into screen spec sheets, and use AI tools (figma make/claude design) to rapidly turn those specs into high-fidelity mockup prototypes that communicate intent and accelerate product design. You move fast, you get your hands dirty, and you sweat the details.

You'll work directly with the founder and take ownership of the app product experience. You'll start by executing work that's already in flight, then increasingly drive what we build, bringing informed research and recommendations.

What You'll Do
  • Own the companion-app product experience end-to-end — from research through prototype to shipped feature
  • Conduct user discovery through interviews, usability tests, surveys, reviews, support feedback, and behavioral data — then translate those insights into clear product decisions.
  • Conduct hands-on market and competitive research: teardowns, competitor screenshots, feature analysis, and user insight that directly informs what we build
  • Write clear, scoped Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for specific releases — focused and shippable, not sprawling that include clear MVP scope, key dependencies and enablement and delivery needs
  • Translate PRDs into detailed screen spec sheets that define exactly how each flow and screen should work
  • Use AI tools (Figma make/Claude Design) to rapidly turn specs into high-fidelity mockups that communicate intent and accelerate product designs workflow
  • Understand how the metrics and the app work together, and design features that surface them clearly and usefully
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and the TPM to translate product intent into buildable, well-sequenced releases.
  • Define launch success criteria, instrumentation needs, and post-launch iteration plans across onboarding, engagement, retention, and feature adoption — and use data and user feedback to judge whether features are actually working.
  • Own the customer experience across onboarding, dashboard, insights, and daily user journeys
  • Writes clear acceptance criteria and partners with engineering/QA to validate that shipped features match product intent.

Requirements
  • 4–7 years in product management, with a builder's track record — you've personally shipped consumer app/product experiences, not just managed a backlog
  • Rapid prototyping is core to how you work. You use AI tools to turn specs into high-fidelity mockups fast.
  • You understand how to turn health metrics into a product experience — how data should surface, connect, and function inside an app.
  • Comfortable defining and tracking product metrics with modern analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Experience defining analytics events, funnels, cohorts, dashboards, and success metrics in partnership with engineering/data.
  • Excellent at hands-on market and competitive research — you go deep on details and turn them into product decisions
  • Proven ability to write tight, scoped, understandable PRDs and translate them into concrete screen specifications
  • You write clearly enough that your specs, notes, and decisions hold up for someone who wasn't in the conversation
  • A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and speed — you ask clarifying questions before acting on unclear direction and verify rather than assume when the stakes are real, then run independently
  • Experience working through mobile release cycles, including QA, acceptance criteria, app store constraints, deployment requirements, phased rollouts, versioning and post-release monitoring.
  • Comfortable mapping basic app and data flows, including how user inputs, device data, APIs, and backend services connect to the product experience.
  • Strong product sense for what makes a genuinely excellent mobile experience

Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with wearables, connected health, or health/fitness apps
  • Familiarity with consumer health/fitness apps and the metrics that drive engagement and retention
  • Familiarity with consumer health-data privacy, consent flows, permissions, and trust-building UX; able to partner with legal/security on responsible handling of sensitive user data.
  • Interest in the quantified-self, longevity, sleep, or fitness space

Why Join
  • You'll build on a business that already works — real revenue, real traction, your work compounds
  • Real ownership that grows — start by shipping what's in flight, then increasingly shape what we build next
  • Direct line to the founder — fast decisions, low bureaucracy, high impact from week one
  • Build something ambitious — a full ecosystem of connected health devices on one platform, still early enough that you shape it

  • How to Apply

Apply with your CV and, if you have one, a short note or example of a product or app experience you've owned and shipped.
