About the Role
This senior role will build the product marketing function for a construction technology SaaS business. You will shape how customers across multiple markets understand and adopt the product, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging across customer segments, personas, and geographies.
Assess existing product marketing materials, establish a practical playbook, and build the function from the ground up.
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product, partner, and feature launches across four markets.
Develop and manage sales enablement resources, including competitive guides, one-pagers, ROI tools, and demo scripts, and coach teams on active deals.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to support product discovery and adoption among construction customers.
Design AI-enabled workflows for competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content development, and sales enablement.
Lead positioning and messaging for a website rebuild.
Turn customer interviews, win/loss insights, and market signals into recommendations, customer evidence, case studies, and advocacy programs.
Advise regional marketing managers on messaging and positioning across demand generation channels.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including work with businesses operating at $10M or more in ARR and fast-paced sales cycles.
Experience building product marketing functions from scratch, preferably at multiple technology organizations, and managing work across regions.
Ability to work independently in an evolving environment and develop positioning across segments, personas, and geographies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially translating between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Construction technology, proptech, or experience marketing to technical or field-based buyers is an advantage.
Familiarity with construction management platforms, AI and machine learning tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.
Willingness to travel two to three times per quarter.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid, based in Austin, Texas, with three days per week in the office.
