About the Role
This senior product marketing role will build and lead the product marketing function at a B2B construction technology company. You will connect Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to sharpen the company's positioning and drive product adoption across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging across customer segments, buyer personas, and geographies.
Assess existing product marketing work, establish a practical playbook, and build the function from the ground up.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product, partner, and feature launches across four markets.
Develop sales enablement resources, including battlecards, objection guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and demo scripts, and coach teams on active deals.
Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to improve how customers discover and adopt the products.
Design AI-supported workflows for competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content drafting, and enablement.
Lead positioning and messaging for a website rebuild, and turn customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into actionable insights.
Build customer evidence and advocacy programs, and advise regional marketing managers on messaging and positioning.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including work with businesses at $10M or more in ARR and fast-paced sales cycles.
Experience contributing within established product marketing teams and building the function from scratch at multiple technology organizations.
Experience managing multi-region product marketing and developing positioning across segments, personas, and geographies.
Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to self-direct in an evolving environment.
Construction technology or proptech experience is a plus, as is familiarity with construction platforms, AI/ML tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field, and willingness to travel two to three times per quarter.
Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid, based in Austin, Texas, United States, with three days per week in the office.
