About the Role
Join a construction technology company to build and lead its product marketing function. You will shape how customers across multiple markets understand and adopt the product, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging across customer segments, buyer personas, and geographies.
Build the product marketing playbook, assess existing materials, and establish the function's operating approach.
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product, partner, and feature launches across four markets.
Develop sales enablement materials, including battlecards, objection guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and demo scripts, and coach teams on active deals.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve how construction customers discover and adopt the product.
Design AI-supported workflows for competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content development, and sales enablement.
Lead positioning and messaging strategy for a website rebuild.
Turn customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into actionable insights and customer evidence.
Develop customer advocates for references, case studies, and events, and advise regional marketing managers on messaging.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including experience supporting businesses with complex, fast-paced sales cycles.
Experience contributing within established product marketing teams and building the function from the ground up.
Background managing multi-region product marketing and developing positioning across segments, personas, and geographies.
Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work independently in an evolving environment.
Construction technology or proptech experience is a plus, as is experience marketing to technical or field-based buyers.
Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AI and machine learning tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.
