Concentrix is redefining the future of Voice of Customer (VOC). As the market evolves beyond surveys and measurement, organizations need new ways to unify customer signals, generate actionable insights, and drive business value through AI, analytics, and operational action.

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape and communicate this vision to the market while enabling growth across sales, account management, product, and client success teams.

This role sits at the center of our go-to-market strategy, connecting market trends, product innovation, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and content development to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and client adoption.


The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and is equally comfortable developing positioning, building executive-ready content, managing product launches, enabling sellers, and leveraging AI-powered tools to scale marketing impact.


What you will do in this role

Product & Solution Positioning

· Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions for our VOC and CX solutions.

· Translate complex platform capabilities and services into compelling business narratives.

· Maintain competitive positioning against platform providers and emerging AI-enabled customer intelligence solutions.

· Partner with product leaders to articulate roadmap investments and innovation stories.

Go-to-Market Strategy

· Support launch planning for platform enhancements, new offerings, and strategic initiatives.

· Develop campaign themes, buyer journeys, and audience-specific messaging frameworks.

· Partner with growth marketing and demand generation teams to align campaigns with product priorities.

· Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure GTM motions support revenue objectives.

Sales Enablement & Solutioning

· Create and maintain sales materials including:

o First-strike presentations

o Solution overviews

o Competitive battlecards

o Proposal content

o Case studies

o Executive briefing materials

· Support strategic pursuits with tailored messaging and value articulation.

· Partner with account teams to identify and scale best practices across client engagements.

Content Strategy & Knowledge Management

· Develop a scalable content architecture that supports marketing, sales, and client-facing teams.

· Own the lifecycle of core product marketing assets from creation through adoption.

· Leverage AI-powered knowledge management tools to improve content discovery, reuse, and productivity.

· Establish processes that transform subject matter expertise into repeatable commercial assets.

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

· Monitor market trends across VOC, CX, AI, analytics, customer intelligence, and experience management.

· Conduct competitive analysis and deliver insights to leadership and go-to-market teams.

· Help develop thought leadership content that positions Concentrix as a leader in the evolving customer intelligence market.

· Support analyst engagement and industry benchmarking initiatives.

Performance & Optimization

· Measure adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement and product marketing assets.

· Track content utilization, campaign performance, and commercial impact.

· Continuously improve messaging and enablement based on market feedback and performance insights.


Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:



· 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, product management, or go-to-market strategy.

· Experience marketing SaaS, technology-enabled services, CX, VOC, analytics, AI, or customer intelligence solutions.

· Proven ability to develop messaging, positioning, and executive-level content.

· Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

· Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex B2B buying cycles.

· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience within VOC, Customer Experience, Experience Management, Market Research, Contact Center, or Customer Intelligence industries.

· Experience implementing or leveraging AI-powered content, enablement, or knowledge management solutions.

· Experience supporting analyst relations, industry benchmarking, or thought leadership initiatives.

· Strengthen our position as a differentiated provider of both technology and strategic services.

The base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
