Job Description ExeQut is seeking a Product Owner who can bridge business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate is skilled at translating product vision into actionable backlog items, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-value product increments.   Primary Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. Translate product vision and stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery Prioritize product backlogs and make data-driven decisions using product metrics Write clear documentation, including product requirements, decision logs, and release notes Review technical specifications for completeness before estimations. Qualifications and Requirements Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with at least 2 years specifically in a technical product management role. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products or features through the entire product lifecycle. Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum) and technologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience working directly with engineering teams to define technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery. Ability to break down complex technical problems into steps that drive product development. Nice-to-Have: Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business Administration). Experience with software development as an engineer or a solutions architect. Demonstrated ability to define any analyze product metrics, identify areas for improvement. and make date-driven decisions. Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS/Azure, AI/ML and with advanced programming languages Experience in SaaS, Payments or FinTech. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices. Experience with user research methodologies. Certifications related to product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM)), Project Management Professional (PMP) , or equivalent. Experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
