Senior Product Owner (B2B AI SaaS)

Our technology detects research integrity issues and supports organizations around the world in maintaining the quality and trustworthiness of scientific research.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner (20-40 hours per week) who wants to build products with real-world impact. As the central link between our customers, engineering team, and founders, you’ll shape the future of our platform—from understanding customer needs to delivering features that solve meaningful problems.

Tasks

• Shape our product roadmap together with the founders and help define what we build next.


• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into valuable product features.


• Lead product development from idea to release by coordinating our software engineers, data scientists, and external partners.


• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth execution throughout the development process.


• Take ownership of quality, testing, timelines, and successful product delivery.


• Stay hands-on by contributing to prototyping, testing, automation, or software development whenever it creates value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.


• Strong technical understanding of software development and programming experience (Python is a plus).


• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across customers and technical teams.


• Solid eye for UI/UX, with the ability to create mockups, provide actionable feedback to UI/UX designers, and participate in front-end testing.


• Experience building B2B SaaS products. Experience in academic publishing, scholarly communication, or research is a strong advantage.

Benefits

• Gross salary of 65,000 to 80,000 EUR (full-time), based on qualifications and experience.
