- Manage samples and improvements: Evaluate samples, coordinate testing and drive changes to functionality, materials, design and packaging.
- Own projects through production: Manage RFQs, sampling rounds, timelines and production readiness.
- Negotiate commercial terms: Secure competitive pricing, MOQs, payment terms and lead times while protecting quality and margins.
- Coordinate quality and compliance: Work with manufacturers and relevant internal teams to meet product quality, safety and compliance requirements.
- Improve the existing portfolio: Turn customer feedback, returns and quality issues into concrete product improvements.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in sourcing and developing physical consumer products, ideally within e-commerce, D2C or private label.
- Proven hands-on experience with manufacturers, including product specifications, sample evaluation, product modifications and production preparation.
- A track record of independently managing product projects from initial brief through production.
- Strong supplier selection, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- A solid understanding of product costs, margins, MOQs and commercial terms.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into product decisions.
- A practical approach, attention to detail and ownership of multiple projects.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel when required.
- Experience with Amazon, Helium 10, Keepa or similar tools is an advantage.
What we offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Ownership of projects that directly shape our product portfolio.
- An international team with close collaboration and direct communication.
- Structured onboarding and professional development opportunities.
- MacBook Pro and iPhone.
- 26 days of annual leave.
- Hybrid work: 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week, plus 2 additional flexible remote days per month.
