The portfolio covers LAN/WLAN, mobile and wireless connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions.
Reporting to the Product Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Engineers, Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams. You will coordinate day-to-day product activities while strategic ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, major sales and marketing initiatives, and new partner selection remains with the accountable Product Manager.
You will help keep products commercially and operationally ready by coordinating partners, pricing and catalogue updates, billing clarifications, product documentation, governance actions, reporting, opportunity support and stakeholder requests.

- Provide product information, documentation, pricing inputs, partner material and status updates, and route strategic, contractual or non-standard decisions to the accountable Product Manager.
- Support bids and customer opportunities as a product subject-matter contributor, coordinating responses and ensuring proposed solutions align with approved product scope and commercial rules.
- Contribute inputs to sales enablement, use cases, value propositions, competitive material, training and go-to-market activities led by Product Management and Product Marketing.
- Work with Delivery, Support and Operations teams to clarify product processes, address readiness gaps and improve the end-to-end experience for customers and internal teams.
- Prepare dashboards, reports and management updates covering requests, pricing actions, partner activities, lifecycle status, risks and product performance.
Governance, documentation and capability building
- Maintain product documentation, process guidance, decision logs and repositories, supporting compliance with SITA governance and product lifecycle requirements.
