As a Senior Production Artist with us, you will play a crucial role in generating accurate printer and digital files for direct mail projects, meticulously adhering to printer specifications and guidance from our Production Manager. Your expertise will be essential for efficiently managing multiple projects remotely, ensuring precise artwork that achieves impactful results in both print and digital formats.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with esteemed clients in the USA and partner with NGOs and charities nationwide. Your comprehensive knowledge of direct mail and postal regulations, combined with proficiency in lettershop processes, will be vital for flawlessly executing projects within dynamic creative teams and across departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Working closely with the team and Production Managers to support the development of donor-centric, insight-driven, integrated creative solutions
Collaborate with team members to produce accurate and effective high-quality direct
mail materials
Create, update, manage and release art files for production.
Set-up and prepare flawless print-ready files that correctly maintain client and agency brand standards. As well as create comps, mock-ups and other presentation materials
Work closely with Production Manager to ensure that all projects are produced to conform to approved printer specifications and honor time and budget constraints
Assist Associate Creative Director and Art Director with specific production-oriented tasks to ensure deadlines are met and quality is high.
REQUIREMENTS:
English Language (Advanced - Bilingual) Required
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrate high attention to detail in the execution of your work.
Enjoys a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Shows a high work ethic and professionalism with a team-player approach.
Ability for self-assessment and thorough review to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
Portfolio showcasing production examples demonstrating excellent craftsmanship.
Ability to work and collaborate effectively both remotely and in the office.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree, Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree or equivalent with courses in graphic design/typography/visual communications, and a minimum of five years’ experience, ideally in an agency environment, holding a Production Artist position.
Highly proficient PC or Mac computer skills, especially with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working with Asana and MS Teams is a plus.
