Senior Program Manager - MDM Platform Migration

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility Master Data Management (MDM) platform migration from STIBO STEP to Syndigo. In this role, you will oversee complex, cross-functional program delivery, align strategic roadmaps with business objectives, and orchestrate multiple workstreams to ensure seamless execution. Candidates with strong expertise in retail product flows, enterprise MDM implementations, and large-scale transformation programs are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end program lifecycle from discovery through production deployment, defining overarching scope, strategic roadmaps, milestones, and governance frameworks
• Cross-Functional & Vendor Orchestration: Coordinate multiple interdependent teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners across distributed environments
• Governance & Financial Oversight: Manage program-level sprint planning, backlog prioritization, milestone tracking, budget adherence, resource utilization, and delivery metrics
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate executive governance reviews and maintain clear, transparent communication with business and technical leadership
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks, cross-project dependencies, blockers, and resource constraints
• Release & Change Management: Ensure rigorous quality standards, oversee release readiness assessments, drive issue resolution, and support user adoption and post-go-live stabilization

Requirements

• Senior Program/Project Leadership: Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs and transformations within Agile/Scrum environments
• MDM & Retail Domain Expertise: Direct background in Master Data Management platforms (Syndigo/STIBO preferred) with a strong understanding of retail product flows, pricing, promotions, or digital commerce
• Program Governance: Expert-level proficiency in project planning, financial management, estimation, and delivery governance across enterprise application delivery and cloud solutions
• Distributed Team Management: Proven track record of leading distributed, cross-functional teams and managing data integration, QA, and automation workstreams
• Risk & Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional ability to navigate organizational complexity, manage executive stakeholders, and resolve high-stakes escalations
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with enterprise tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and modern reporting suites
