Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director, Business Integration, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of strategic projects across British Columbia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a project professional who enjoys coordinating multiple initiatives, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the successful delivery of corporate and business integration projects.


Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: River Rock Casino Resort, Richmond, BC

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract


Key Accountabilities:


Project Management

  • Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and distribution of meeting outcomes.
  • Track and coordinate project activities throughout all phases of project delivery.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Establish and administer virtual data rooms in support of strategic corporate initiatives.
  • Source, organize, and redact internal documentation for inclusion within data rooms.
  • Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation.


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with project team members and business partners.
  • Support ongoing communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project team members as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding administrative and project-related matters.
  • Track budgets and prepare reporting for strategic initiatives.
  • Create and process purchase orders.
  • Provide administrative and project support on other business initiatives as required


Education and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role, or a suitable combination of education and/or experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Microsoft Project)
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving, time management, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Ability to exceed internal and external stakeholder expectations through timely and effective communication.
