The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that drive operational improvement and business outcomes within a factoring and financial services environment. This role requires a strong and demonstrated capability in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to ensure initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives using PMO standards, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive-level reporting Integrate Organizational Change Management practices into project execution, including stakeholder impact assessment, communication and training planning, adoption risk mitigation, and post-implementation sustainability Partner closely with Operations leadership to deliver improvements across core factoring processes Translate business and operational needs into clear project plans and requirements, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and customer centric Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability Execute projects in alignment with PMO methodology, contributing to consistent delivery practices, transparency, and continuous improvement Other duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership.
