Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Build smarter delivery from the ground up — shape engineering processes, automate Jira roadmaps, and bring teams together to ship regulated iGaming products predictably. Senior Project Manager (Delivery / iGaming) We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the process of building and optimizing delivery processes from scratch within our engineering teams. You will be responsible for establishing a predictable development cycle, improving cross-functional collaboration, and turning Jira into a single source of truth with a well-structured Roadmap. What you’ll be responsible for Processes & Delivery: Build and implement development processes from scratch; standardize the task lifecycle from estimation to release, including DoD, DoR, and post-release support; ensure predictable delivery and effective release management. Jira Automation: Set up a unified task management system, manage dependencies, and automate the generation of an up-to-date Roadmap ( Jira Plans ) based on estimates and resource capacity. Cross-functional coordination: Establish effective collaboration between Development, QA, DevOps, Design, Compliance, Marketing, as well as distributed teams and external B2B partners. Backlog & Priorities: Facilitate prioritization processes together with Product Managers and stakeholders. Balance business needs, technical debt, bugs, and urgent requests. Risk Management & Improvement: Manage risks, resolve priority conflicts, ensure transparency of project status, and continuously analyze and improve processes ( Continuous Improvement ). What we expect Jira & Jira Plans expertise: Deep knowledge of configuring workflows, fields, permission schemes, automations, and building automated Roadmaps ( Advanced Roadmaps ) with dependencies. Building from scratch: Proven experience creating and implementing development processes within engineering teams from scratch. Domain expertise: Understanding of game product development processes (slots, platforms, back offices) and the ability to adapt Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices to a regulated iGaming environment. Cross-team experience: Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with QA, Design, Compliance, and external contractors. Toolset: Confident knowledge of Confluence, Miro, Retro Boards, and prioritization methodologies such as RICE, WSJF, etc. Languages: Russian (Native), English (Upper-Intermediate / B2+ or higher). Nice to have Ability to deliver quick results and adapt to a dynamic environment. Willingness to provide a well-reasoned explanation for frequent changes of projects or employers in your career history, if applicable.
