Senior Project Manager – Automotive | Product Development

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an international company operating in the automotive industry, supporting complex product development projects and working closely with international engineering teams.

📍Location: Sibiu, Romania

💻 Work model: Hybrid/Remote – approximately 3 weeks remote + 1 week/month from the office in Sibiu

What you’ll be doing

• Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through completion
• Plan, coordinate and monitor development activities
• Ensure project objectives related to cost, schedule and quality
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Manage priorities, risks and project dependencies
• Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and international stakeholders
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes

What we’re looking for

• University degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in Project Coordination / Project Management
• 7+ years of experience in international projects within the automotive industry
• Experience in product development / engineering projects
• Strong strategic and forward-looking mindset
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with SAP, PLM, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams or similar tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational, leadership and facilitation abilities
• Fluent English
• German is a plus
