Senior Project Manager (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for Senior Project Manager supporting banking-related initiatives in a dynamic consulting environment. You will support banking-related initiatives by coordinating demand prioritization, portfolio governance, and project delivery activities, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize banking demands in alignment with business objectives, delivery capacity, and strategic value.
• Coordinate project, program, and portfolio governance activities across multiple initiatives.
• Define and monitor project roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery indicators.
• Facilitate decision-making processes by preparing portfolio reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Align business needs with technical teams to ensure clear project scope, planning, and execution.
• Support demand qualification, impact analysis, and prioritization committees.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when risks or delays are identified.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes and delivery practices.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or portfolio management within the banking sector.
• Experience in demand management, prioritization processes, and governance frameworks.
• Experience as a business analyst or software developer is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio management practices.
• PMP, PMI, PSO, or equivalent project management certification.
• Academic background in information systems, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex topics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities, anticipate risks, and drive delivery in a demanding environment.
