Coordinate technical teams, subcontractors, suppliers and customer stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, issues and change control.
Review supplier quotations, bills of materials, engineering estimates and implementation costs.

Proven track record of delivering projects from initial requirements and surveys through implementation and handover.
Experience coordinating technical engineers, installation teams, subcontractors and external suppliers.
Strong project planning, budget management, risk management and change control capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a delivery-focused environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams telephony or contact centre solutions.
Experience with networking technologies and vendors such as Cisco, HPE Aruba or Fortinet.
Experience preparing commercial proposals, statements of work and project cost estimates.
