This is a high-impact, external-facing role where you'll serve as the primary customer advocate while working closely with enterprise banking clients and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to deliver complex, highly customized platform transformations. You'll manage the complete delivery experience across 10+ concurrent enterprise migrations, serving as the customer interface while internally coordinating cross-functional execution. This is NOT an internal project manager role—we need someone with proven success managing large-scale customer deliverables and navigating the complexity of dependent internal functions. Key Responsibilities Lead customer-facing engagement throughout migration projects, serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise banking clients Collaborate with customers and product team to design highly customized solutions that address complex, unique business requirements Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility of custom designs and drive successful build-out of platform enhancements Manage multiple concurrent migrations with varying complexity levels, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across time zones Own the complete customer journey from pre-migration planning through go-live and post-launch optimization Identify and communicate business impact of technical decisions and trade-offs Track migration metrics, customer satisfaction, and product quality throughout delivery Continuously improve processes, documentation, and best practices based on lessons learned across migrations Required Qualifications 7+ years in direct client-facing product roles with proven track record managing large-scale enterprise deliverables (PM, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or similar) Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations and system integrations Proven ability to manage complex, highly customized customer projects while maintaining product integrity Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills—you thrive working between customers, product, and engineering Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa Experience managing multiple concurrent large-scale customer projects with competing priorities and dependent internal teams Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving customer requirements and external-facing accountability Track record of success in customer-centric delivery environments—NOT internal project management Preferred Qualifications Background in FinTech or financial services software Direct experience with equity management platforms (Certent, Shareworks, or similar solutions) Familiarity with enterprise banking or alternative asset management workflows Experience with BI/reporting platforms and financial data management Track record managing large-scale customer migrations or transformations What You'll Bring Customer obsession. The salary range in United States of America for this position is 111,000.00 to 139,000.00 USD Annual. For sales roles, this range includes the commission target.
