Senior Project Manager - Salesforce & Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives within an international enterprise environment. In this role, you will manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and quality. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, business teams, technical teams, and external vendors while driving change management and ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across planning, delivery, tracking, and reporting Own project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, status reports, and PMO documentation Engage and manage senior and executive-level stakeholders Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operational teams Lead project teams and manage performance, responsibilities, and deliverables Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members Manage external vendors, contracts, deliverables, and performance Lead vendor selection activities, feasibility assessments, and proposal evaluations Coordinate change-management activities across multiple workstreams Monitor project quality, success criteria, testing, and deployment activities Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and project communications Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, conflicts, and critical dependencies Minimum 7 years of professional experience managing Salesforce architecture/product initiatives, digital transformation, and enterprise systems Proven experience managing multiple large-scale Salesforce projects Strong experience leading complex IT-business projects across multiple locations and organisational functions Proven experience managing human and financial resources Strong executive stakeholder management experience Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices Experience with Change Management Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners Experience preparing project plans and project-related documentation Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders Understanding of DevOps and Release Management best practices Strong understanding of dependencies between technology, operations, and business requirements Experience working within international and multicultural environments Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Project Management certification such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Excellent spoken and written English Nice to Have Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Service Consultant Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL v4 certification Change Management certification such as CCMP, Prosci, or ADKAR Experience working in international or multinational organisations Experience managing projects across multiple countries and time zones Experience in consulting or professional business services Basic knowledge of French Familiarity with AI technologies Experience with PPM tools, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio You will be a great candidate for us if you Can successfully manage several complex workstreams simultaneously Are comfortable engaging directly with executive-level stakeholders Combine strong project leadership with an understanding of technology and business Have excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills Can lead teams effectively in international and multicultural environments Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently Why join inventYOU Lead large-scale Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives Work within a complex international technology environment Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders Take ownership of strategic, high-impact transformation projects Work across project delivery, change management, technology, and business transformation
