Job description: As a Project Operations Manager, you will lead project operations across complex or high-value projects, ensuring strong financial control, reliable reporting, and operational compliance. You will improve processes, tools, and reporting standards while proactively identifying risks and supporting consistency across the team. What we are looking for: Lead and oversee project operations across complex or high-value projects. Ensure robust KPI monitoring, financial controlling, and operational compliance. Drive improvements in processes, tools, and reporting standards. Oversee project setup and data quality across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and readiness for financial and operational reporting. Provide proactive communication and identify budget- and process-related risks. Support junior team members, contributing to knowledge-sharing and consistency in operations. Skills for the role Advanced experience in project controlling, reporting, and operational governance. Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets. High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics is considered a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent English; French or German is considered a plus. Ability to guide others, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
