Senior Project Planner

Fixed-term full-time employment | Remote | Start ASAP | €80,000–95,000 gross/year | Until 31 December 2027, with potential extension

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner / Project Controls Planner (m/f/d) to support a major international infrastructure project.

Assignment

• Potential extension: subject to continuation of the client assignment
• Location: predominantly remote
• Travel: occasional travel may be required
• Salary: €80,000–95,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
• Integrate and review schedules from different disciplines and contractors
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, critical paths and schedule deviations
• Prepare schedule reports, S-curves, milestone analyses, float analyses and what-if scenarios
• Support regular project reviews and management reporting
• Coordinate closely with project management, risk management and cost controlling
• Prepare and facilitate planning and scheduling workshops
• Review contractor schedules and incorporate relevant information into the overall project schedule
• Support schedule risk analysis, planning standards and tender requirements
• Prepare schedule information and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders
  

Your profile

• Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls
• Expert-level, hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is mandatory
• Proven experience using P6 in complex, large-scale project environments
• Experience in large infrastructure, construction, energy or engineering projects
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
• Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English, minimum CEFR level C1

Experience in offshore wind, power transmission, oil & gas or comparable major infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Experience with P6 administration, project development phases or quantitative schedule risk analysis is beneficial.
