Our Data Centre business is continuing to grow across Norway and the wider Nordic region, creating exciting opportunities for experienced professionals to work on major digital infrastructure programmes while developing their careers within a global organisation.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Planner to support the delivery of a major Data Centre programme in Norway. You will take ownership of planning and scheduling activities across the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
You will provide clear programme insight, identify schedule risks and help project leadership make informed decisions to keep delivery on track. In this role you will:
- Lead project planning and scheduling activities across the project lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain and manage logic-driven project programmes.
- Monitor progress, milestones and critical paths to identify potential risks and delays.
- Provide schedule analysis, forecasting and clear reporting to project leadership and clients.
- Integrate planning with cost, risk, change and wider project controls.
- Work closely with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to challenge progress and drive programme performance.
- Support schedule risk analysis, change control and earned value management.
- Provide planning expertise and advice to clients, project teams and senior stakeholders.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous planning experience within Data Centres or major capital projects.
- Strong Primavera P6 capability.
- Experience developing, maintaining and managing baseline schedules.
- Strong understanding of critical path, schedule risk analysis and progress measurement.
- Experience with EVM, change control and project reporting.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge programme information.
- Experience working as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
- A relevant project, construction or engineering qualification is desirable.
- The right to work in Norway.
