Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in Nebraska.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to projects at a high level of complexity and ability. Creates and maintains project plans, tracks progress, and prepares comprehensive reports. Collaborates with both internal and external parties during course of work. Maintains documentation, resolves escalated issues, and performs other key tasks to ensure the success of assigned projects. May serve as a leader or resource to less experienced associates within the work group.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 1 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience in Project
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Coordination - Creates and maintains project plans, flow charts, and reporting. Works with internal business owners, key stakeholders, vendors, and project managers to coordinate scheduling. Serves as a central project control throughout the project life cycle.
Reporting - Produces reports based on documentation processing, archiving, and status. Utilizes key reporting and tracking standards to measure project performance. Determines potential issues and areas of improvement, communicating results to the appropriate parties.
Documentation - Prepares, reviews, and maintains project-related documentation. Maintains the internal project management site ensuring access to current information relating to all assigned projects and project performance indicators.
Business Support - Performs various operational and administrative tasks to facilitate the success of a project. Tracks progress to aid in identification of project needs and strategic objectives. Resolves issues,
