Senior Prompt - RAG/ LLM AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Prompt Engineer to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise Generative AI solutions for the insurance industry. This role combines expertise in Prompt Engineering, AI solution architecture, Python development, and data engineering to deliver scalable AI-powered business solutions. More details as below.

Requirements

• · 6+ years of experience in AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• · Experience in the Insurance industry with strong understanding of policy administration, claims, underwriting, distribution, or regulatory processes.
• · Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM platforms.
• · Strong Python, SQL, and data engineering expertise.
• · Experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• · Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, LangChain, or similar platforms.
• · Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• · Design and optimize advanced prompting frameworks for insurance business processes.
• · Lead development of RAG, AI agents, and LLM-based solutions.
• · Define prompt testing, evaluation, and governance standards.
• · Design and oversee data pipelines supporting AI applications.
• · Develop Python-based AI and analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and engage with business stakeholders.
