We are looking for a motivated Junior Prompt Engineer to support the development of enterprise Generative AI solutions within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, SQL, data engineering concepts, and an interest in Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Insurance SMEs to build and optimize AI-driven business solutions.. More details as below.

Requirements

• · 3 years of experience in AI, Data, Analytics, or Software Development.
• · Experience in the Insurance industry (Life, General, Health, or Reinsurance).
• · Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLMs.
• · Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• · Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
• · Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• · Develop and refine prompts for insurance use cases such as underwriting, claims, policy servicing, customer support, and regulatory reporting.
• · Evaluate AI outputs and improve prompt performance.
• · Support data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation activities.
• · Develop Python scripts for data processing and analysis.
• · Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Insurance SMEs.
• · Document prompts, testing results, and best practices.
