We’re Hiring: Senior Python Developer
Working Model: Remote
At Gini Talent, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join one of our international projects.
We are looking for an experienced Python developer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI agents, and Microsoft Azure.
Key Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and solid software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry for rapid prototyping and demos
- Experience building solutions with modern LLMs and agent frameworks, such as LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
- Strong knowledge of NLP and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, rerankers, and model evaluation
- Strong architectural skills across data, model, and application layers
- Clear understanding of trade-offs, risks, and compliance considerations in AI systems
- Experience with tool/function calling and structured outputs for reliable integrations
- Practical exposure to major LLM providers and open-source models, including Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and Mistral
- Experience with testing, CI/CD, and version control
