Senior Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of robust, enterprise-grade data solutions. In this role, you will independently build scalable data pipelines, optimize complex queries, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex AWS Glue-based data pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Apply advanced knowledge of AWS Athena, query optimization, Power BI, and Pandas for efficient data processing and reporting
• Work with SQL for advanced data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into well-structured technical solutions
• Deliver high-quality functionality aligned with client expectations and project standards
• Participate actively in development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of data solutions, applying best engineering practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, propose improvements, and provide timely updates
• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members through code reviews and technical guidance

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python, including best practices and performance optimization
• Solid experience in AI engineering
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimization
• Hands-on expertise in AWS, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena in production environments
• Strong skills in Pandas for data processing and analysis
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
• English level B2+ for effective communication with clients and teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Apigee and REST
• Working knowledge of Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jenkins
• Competency in Microsoft Power BI
