Senior Python Fullstack Developer

Technology stack : Python, React AWS, Kinesis, Lambda, Step Functions, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis Responsibilities : - Own the platform backing our product - including: streaming data ingestion, automation, integrations - Collaborate with Product Engineering and Product to conceptualize and architect new platform functionality - Scale the platform so we can process 100s of millions of daily events and sustain our incredible growth trajectory - Act as a force multiplier for the platform engineering team on building new functionality - including digging into the code to unblock them, helping them with design and technology adoption choices, and acting as a mentor - Leverage your strong experience with systems architecture design to drive technical decisions and independently own major feature work to completion - Set standards across the Engineering team for best practices, scalability, maintainability, performance - Set standards for monitoring system performance and debugging / investigating issues Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience building highly-scalable interactive web applications using Python - Experience with building cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred) - Experience in working with different relational and non-relational databases - Experience with real-time streaming event processing - Passionate about the quality of code and systems - Collaborative Mindset: Work with product, design, and other engineers to build the best product possible. - open to learn frontend - React Additional information - Work with some of the most dynamic US tech companies, building and iterating on new features and platforms. - Long-term projects with real technical challenges. - Fully remote work with flexible hours. - Option to work from our office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, if desired. - Collaboration flexibility: We work with CIM/PFA/SRL contracts. - 30 paid days off per year. - We provide equipment as needed (laptop, desktop, etc.). - Continuous learning: We sponsor career-improving courses, seminars, and certifications. - Opportunity for annual business visits to the US, depending on project needs.
