Senior QA Auditor at BairesDev

As a Senior QA Auditor, you will ensure operational excellence by conducting thorough evaluations of business processes and workflows. You will provide critical oversight to maintain high quality standards and regulatory compliance across the organization, transforming complex data into actionable insights for strategic improvement.

What You'll Do:

- Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify process inefficiencies and functional gaps.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends and outcomes.

- Produce detailed, structured documentation and reports that translate audit findings into clear remediation plans.

- Lead periodic internal reviews to ensure continuous alignment with business requirements and industry benchmarks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize operational workflows and bolster overall compliance.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.

- Proven expertise in auditing methodology, scorecards, and KPIs.

- Hands-on experience creating structured documentation for operational workflows.

- Strong attention to detail and experience in compliance or TA Ops.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
